Just been reading about a dog safe ice cream Well I must be a bad owner as in the summer when out on walks if we come across an ice cream van we get one for us and one for crash So are we doing wrong - should ice cream not be given to dog's The recipe for the dog safe ice cream is 3 ripe bananas 32 ounces of plain yoghurt 1 cup of peanut butter
Blend this together then put into ice cube trays and freeze
When a dog barks and wags its tail at the same time how do you know which end to believe
written that recipe down, thanks sparksy I ll have to freeze it in bigger lumps though I think, the tuna cubes I froze for him in the summer,oh my god I chucked them all away cause he spewed his guts up everytime he had a couple, guzzles them down to fast, must've gotten brain freeze of the tummy bless him
I feel like a bad doggy mummy because I dont let Dodge have normal ice cream, not even sure why . . . . just one of those things, think every dog owner I know gives their dog ice cream
(about 80% of dogs are lactose intolerant ..- (that's the natural sugars in the milk) so dairy food gives them trouble.. milk is not bad for them ..but diarrhoea is! Goats milk doesn't have the same effect.)

Aww, you're not a bad doggy mummy for not giving Dodge ice cream, doggies don't need ice cream and like Adrianne said a lot of dogs are lactose intolerant. And because you're in close quarters you probably don't want to find out if dairy makes Dodge windy!
