ooooh poor baby ...I bet he pretended he was ok too in front of the others... Cupes recently ripped out a dew claw, you never have guessed - until he got home! I keep arnica tablets for bruising. I hope isn't feeling too battered for too long xx

glad to hear Domino is feeling better Xena had a limp too a few days ago but I put it down to playing and running around with her pals in the woods she is just mad and is like a tornado going like crazy, also the bank into the pond where she and her friend(a pointer) like to swim together is very steep the pointer no problem Xena struggles to get up from it but I just let her get on with stuff she will learn from experience so I tend not to worry too much unless of course the limp gets worse but she is fine now.Kristina
Dogs are so resilient to pain and suffering they take all that in their stride it's us humans that know when they are not right, years ago my little Springaling cut her stomach open on a piece of hidden barbed wire she still carried on running around and it wasn't until I called her in that I saw all the blood not a murmer from her,she went straight down the vets late evening for an emergency op to stitch her back up together, she was just miffed off when she couldn't go out for awhile.I just think our dogs have to be dogs and let them have all the play they want and fingers crossed they will be ok.Kristina
