Favourite dog/animal films?

So, what are your  favourite dog/animal films? My ultimate favourite is Eight Below, the one about the 8 huskies that get left behind in Antarctica.

I also love A Dog Called Christmas, which is a typical feel good christmas movie, and we watch it every christmas.

Haachi was so sad, I refuse to watch it again (silly I know!) and I've not watched War Horse yet, but I have seen the show and it was AMAZING!!

Oh lucky you would love to see the stage show,so how about all the old lassie type films and of course the memorable black beauty,but I recall that I really loved horse wise but can't remember what it was called all about a horse that broke it's leg and still won the race,an american film late in the 40's,wonderful whatever it was.Also have to say I  did not really like Marley just hated the scene when he was being walked on 2 legs outside the car window,just thought how many idiots out there would try that!! but thats just my odd perception of things.Marykay

Oh God Hatchi was the hardest film i've ever watched it broke my heart, i was in bits for months.Watching soon after losing Jordan didnt help bit no way could i ever watch it again.   :

Only saw the last half of eight below, these dogs were amazing. Thank goodness it had a happy ending.
